Our client is an established multi-plant manufacturer of consumer products.

Responsibilities: (not limited to)

Reporting to the Technical Service Manager, the ideal candidate will interact with our customers to provide product & process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests for technical support on bathroom and plumbing products and services. The incumbent will work closely with Operations, Field Representatives, Quality and Customer Service implementing solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Knowledge Base (not limited to)

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience with customer interactions in a manufacturing/industrial environment
  • Technical knowledge of bathroom and plumbing products is an asset
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and issue resolution capability
