Our client is a well established, medium size, Tier 1 automotive parts supplier. Reporting to the General Manager the need is for a Product Engineering Manager to lead the design, development and launch of interior and exterior automotive parts
Responsibilities: (not limited to)
Develop and oversee the product engineering team to meet our growth requirements and to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Provide technical leadership to designers, technical specialists, and product engineers / program managers.
Knowledge Base (not limited to)
Minimum of Undergraduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with P.Eng. Designation preferred.
Product Design, APQP, launch and manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of injection moulding and related tooling, casting, painting, and automated assembly.
