Responsibilities: (not limited to)

In the role of Development Engineer, you will participate in projects within a high-performance team to develop world class products for EV thermal systems.  You will apply your engineering and development experience, analytical ability, and leadership skill to deliver results that will drive value and benefit society.  Additionally, you should be comfortable with international travel and delivering technical presentations to internal and external customers. You will be challenged to develop highly innovative designs using leading edge tools with a fast-paced team. We have some great ideas we think can drastically improve EV’s and we need you to support our fast-growing team.

Be a key part of the thermal systems team that is responsible for bringing world leading new products to market.

Bringing your expertise, you will work with a team to develop thermal systems, ideal architectures and key products and components to maximize overall value.

Work closely with electrical, controls, systems, and testing teams to engineer and integrate mechatronic solutions to electric vehicle thermal systems.

 Knowledge Base (not limited to)

We are looking for a Thermal Components Engineer with the following experience/qualifications:

Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering Degree or Equivalent with 6 years experience.

Knowledge and understanding of battery electric vehicles.

Knowledge and understanding of vehicle thermal systems, heat transfer, refrigerant, and coolant flow.

Demonstrable contributions to new products or significant improvements to existing products.

Ability to accurately scope, estimate and schedule work on projects.

Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of internal customers and external vendors.
